MEGHAN TRAINOR WITCH MEMES
#meghantrainorwitchmemes are an ongoing meme generation project that originated on my Instagram: @megghatron, which has since been converted to @meghantrainorwitchtech, a python curriculum based on the speculative history of Digital Witchcraft. Both projects play with the strange fact that I share a name with a pop-star. The consequences of this fact are frequently hilarious and sometimes dire.

For Meghan Elizabeth Trainor, the only logical answer was to embark on a meme campaign, operating in the hope that a few of the young, predominantly female fans might pause for a moment before a vision of a female-centered relationship to technology, one that sits in the same space as unicorns, ouija boards and spider magic.”
